Life begins at 0×28
Today I turn 0×28, or 40 in regular decimal.
So far I’ve told everyone that it’s just a number, which is true — but it does have a certain ring to it. For the time being I’m going to use my hexadecimal age (which is a bit like expressing your weight in kilos instead of pounds, but that’s another story).
The ruse ought to work for another two years, until age 0×2a. Then it will be a little harder to explain.

And I always thought 0 times anything was 0.
